As a sales and strategist professional, you will generate leads, expand account base and exceed sales revenue selling our suite of Digital Marketing products for our growing Company. As a relationship expert for executive level decision makers, this role demands a fearless prospect identifier/qualifier/closer who can present strategic solutions, customized to fit a client’s unique needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and close prospective clients that would be great candidates for our suite of digital marketing products and services through traditional/non-traditional sales efforts using a consultative approach to assess marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with the team on new/existing client base to explore maximum upsell potential from digital channels.
  • Apply your understanding of inbound marketing practices as they relate to customer lifecycles and the role of branding and creative services for client specific situations
  • Utilize management CRM system to track and report on pipeline activity/development.
  • Provide meaningful measurement strategies that align with client objectives; establishing KPIs for agency relationship and communicating cross-channel reporting with actionable insights to grow digital accounts.
  • Conduct client site visits in a professional, client-centric manner.
  • Identifying and map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Work with the highest degree of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Meet and exceed all sales related performance goals on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge strategizing and selling email, social media, digital, geo targeting, IP, and inbound marketing, as well as new emerging medias.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • 5+ years digital sales experience in an agency or print setting required.

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Imagewërks clients. This includes budget allocation, client communication, and hands-on research, implementation, optimization, reporting, and collaboration with strategist on new and existing campaigns. Campaigns may also include retargeting, display, video ads, social media ads as well as email setup and deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital/Social Media campaigns for multiple clients
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, execute website & digital advertising keyword research, perform ad copywriting, manage production of creative assets, implementation of audience creation and targeting, and optimizing and tracking for conversions and KPIs
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
  • Communicate professionally on client calls and via email
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date daily time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy and ability to manage multiple accounts , projects, and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Ability to setup and execute client email campaigns.

Education, Experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Digital Agency experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Social Media Advertising experience required
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
  • Experience with MailChimp is a plus
  • Ability to work within Data Studio is a plus
