Sometimes before you can help others, you have to help yourself. Such was the case for Graphic Measures International (GMI). For years, GMI earned their reputation for protecting the brand integrity and product quality of Fortune 500 companies. But when you’re pouring your resources into helping others, it can be easy to neglect yourself in the process. Eventually, it came time to turn around and provide the same TLC to the GMI brand. That’s where IWM came in.
It was time for GMI to step out from behind the scenes to claim a brand identity of its own. They already had the superior programs and experience; all we had to do was to make its excellence in the field widely known. We knew the first order of business was to establish a substantive and cohesive web presence. IWM then leveraged GMI’s shiny new brand identity across all media to increase awareness and customer retention. Our targeted social media campaign tripled GMI’s Facebook ‘Likes’ and online engagement. A new customer loyalty program strengthened existing relationships and added value for prospective clients.
